Any parents of teens or teens in need of extra support? Anchor Therapy has a new group starting in October!
Learn MoreStarting Thursday, October 15 at 4:30pm, Anchor Therapy will be running an 8-week group through their privacy-protected video platform, Google Meet for business.
Your teen will need a Google account to login to the video group session. They can use a phone, tablet, or computer. If using a phone or tablet, they will need to download the “Google Meet” app, which is free. We recommend using a laptop when possible so that you have a bigger screen to see all members at the same time.
If your teen is a resident of New Jersey and is in high school then they qualify to join our group.
The topics of this group include:

Social Skills: Peer relationships, dating, making friends, peer pressure

Anxiety: social anxiety, performance anxiety, general anxiety

Coping skills: stress and anxiety management

Self-esteem work

Family and school related issues and stress
Each group session is $75 and can be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, HSA/FSA card, Venmo, or Chase Quickpay/Zelle.
