Anchor Therapy’s most popular group is returning January 21!
We are now registering for our upcoming LGBTQ+ Teen Virtual Group that will be Thursdays 4:30pm-5:30pm for 12 sessions.
If you know a LGBTQ+ NJ teen (ages 13-16) who needs some extra support then this group is for them! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧
The group will be led by psychotherapist Lauren Mandelbaum, LPC, NCC, CCMHC on video.
Teens in this group will:
✨Learn coping skills
✨Develop healthy relationships
✨Increase confidence and self-esteem
✨Discuss gender & sexual identity in a safe space
✨Feel EMPOWERED
✨Get social support & make friends
REGISTRATION IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE (Limited to 8 members).
